RPUG 2026 Conference

The 2026 Annual Road Profile Users’ Group (RPUG) conference will be held at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square in Pittsburgh, PA, from April 28th to May 1st, 2026.

The theme for the 2026 RPUG conference is  “250 Years of Progress: Honoring the Past, Paving the Future!”

The abstract submission window has closed for 2026. Future meetings will allow interested parties to submit a presentation abstract of 300 words or fewer via the online form.

Important Dates

  • December 19th, 2025 – Call for Presentation Abstracts
  • February 3rd, 2026 – Deadline for submitting abstracts of presentations
  • February 28th, 2026 – Notification of accepted titles/abstracts for presentations
  • April 3rd, 2026 – Deadline for the early-bird registration
  • April 3rd, 2026 – Deadline for the early-bird hotel reservation at the conference rates
  • April 20th, 2026 – Deadline for submission of presentations (including visual aids) & bios
  • April 28th – May 1st, 2026 – RPUG conference & Associated Pooled Fund Meetings

Conference Registration

A registration fee of USD $550 is required. A late registration fee of USD $575 may apply if passing the early-bird deadline. Spouse/guest pass is USD $325.

Equipment vendors are invited to attend the meeting to exhibit their products. Exhibitor registration of USD $2,250 includes two participants.

Continuing Education (CEU) Credits

We will also offer certificates of continuing education (CEU) credits to RPUG attendees upon request.

Returning for 2026 is the RPUG Navigator Program started in recent years and aimed at helping all RPUG meeting attendees feel welcomed and included, and promote a sense of community within the group.
